Shipping Policy

Therefore, we use only the best shipping carriers to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition, notably, we send a technician to move the disassembled product to your location and rebuild it there. Shipping is always included in the price. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. Return & Exchange Policy

At de. Wxël‡, your satisfaction with our merchandise is our top priority. We offer returns and exchanges for all products, including posters and limited-edition items, within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

For posters and other limited-edition items, if the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to other reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations, and we are here to assist you with any concerns regarding your order.

For computer setups or any custom-made products, returns will require the client to cover the full handling and return fees. This includes the costs associated with disassembling, packing, and shipping the setup back to us. We recommend reviewing your purchase thoroughly or consulting with our technicians before finalizing your order. All returns of computer setups must be pre-arranged, and failure to follow the proper return process may result in additional charges.
