Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is currently available only within the United Kingdom. 

  • Shipping costs are included in the product price. 

  • Delivery Times: 

    • Within London: 3-5 working days

    • Anywhere else in the UK: 10 working days. 

  • Please do allow 1h-2h for our technicians to re-build the products at your address.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors or events beyond our control, but we will try our utmost best to fix them. 

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase if the product is flawed. 

  • In the event of an issue or a manufacturing flaw within the first month, exchanges and returns are facilitated. 

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. 

    • Refund Procedure: Customers opting for a return will be entitled to a complete refund with the exception of the reshipping cost. 

    • Reshipping cost: The re-shipping fee, estimated to range between £200-£300, will be deducted from the total refund amount.
